    The interview process

    We are thrilled at the prospect of you joining our team. Throughout the interview process, we are committed to providing excellent communication and ensuring a smooth and informative experience for you.

    1. Phone Screen

    If you show interest in one of our positions, we will be in touch to schedule an exploratory call to find out more about your experience.

    If the exploratory call goes well, we will bring you in to tour the facility. You will have a chance to meet production managers as well as other machinists.

    2. Onsite Tour

    3. Candidate Debrief

    After touring our facility, we will discuss how the visit went. This discussion will include feedback from the production managers.

    We will reach out to you with our decision. If we're a fit we will provide you with an offer.
