  • What is a typical application process?

    We receive your application and then call you for a phone screen. Should we decide to move forward after the initial phone screen, you would be invited to take a personality test and skills assessment. Once that is complete, you would then be scheduled for an in-person interview and tour of our facility. Interviews vary by position, however, in general, interviews consist of meeting with the hiring manager and members of the HR team. A job offer would then be extended if you are selected by the hiring team. Once the offer is accepted, you will complete a pre-employment screening including a drug and nicotine test. Once cleared, we would be in contact with you to coordinate a start date.

    How long will the hiring process take?

    Every situation is different, but in most cases, candidates should expect the process from initial contact to hiring decision to be accomplished in less than two weeks.

    What should I wear to the interview?

    Business casual.

    When will I hear from CRT following my interview?

    You should receive feedback from the CRT hiring team within 24-48 hours following an in-person interview.
