I’ve never worked in the Aviation Repair Industry before; do I have the required skills to be a part of the aerospace industry?

We understand Aviation can be intimidating; however, many of our employees come from a variety of backgrounds that do not involve aerospace such as autobody repair, restaurants, retail, and manufacturing. We offer on the job training for all shifts and will provide you with all the tools to be successful in aerospace. 

I think I have an applicable skillset for the role, but I am unsure? 

CRT will help you assess if your skillset is applicable for the role. Many of our employees come from a variety of backgrounds and their applicable skillset provides a great foundation for roles. Please remember we have on the job training at all levels and will provide you with all the tools to be successful in aerospace.

Where is CRT located and where should I park for my interview? 

8507 Tyler Blvd in Mentor, Ohio. Close to the corner of Center Street and Tyler. Approximately 30 minutes East of Cleveland, Ohio.
Please park in the front of the front of the building in the visitor parking. Upon arrival, wait in the front lobby for one of our recruiters to meet you.
